Where are Gautech Training institute’s public courses held?
Our short courses are held at our offices in Pretoria. Depending on the size of the group, we also occasionally run our public training courses at Corporate Conference Centre’s and Hotels TBA.
What is the duration of a Gautech Training Institute course?
Our short courses are usually one or two days in duration and our Guided RPL Assessment generally consist of one contact sessions, over the course of a few days. Onsite training is flexible as it often customized according to our clients’ needs but a minimum of 10 delegates are required.
Can I cancel or postpone my public course booking with Gautech Training Institute?
Gautech Training institute needs to be notified immediately via email or Telephone prior 24 hours should you not be able to attend a training course that you have registered for. You can either choose one of the following options:
a. Send a substitute delegate in your place (please inform us of the new name for the certificate and their catering/special needs requirements).
b. Request to transfer at no charge to another scheduled course date. Gautech Training institute permits one-course transfer per booking and it must be submitted in writing within at least 3 working days before the course starting date. Transfers inside of 3 days will be charged a late transfer fee of 30%.
c. Cancel your registration. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 05 working days in advance before the course starting date. Please note that a 20% cancellation fee will be levied. Cancellations within 05 days of the starting date will be liable for the full course fee.

Can Gautech Training Institute guarantee that a short course will run on the date I register for it?
Gautech Training Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone training events due to unforeseen circumstances as per the terms and conditions agreed upon registration.
What will I receive at the public Gautech Training Institute course?
You will receive a Learner Guide , workbook, Assessments both Formative & Summative along with a pen and notepad , at the end of the course you will receive a Certificate of Competence. Delegates registered for classroom-based training will be given timetable.
How do I notify Gautech Training Institute of my Work Shifts?
Upon registration, you need to advise us of your shifts and any special needs. We do cater for part-timer’s, however, A customer service representative will confirm with attending delegate for any special requests before training course.
